Alright, it’s time for a post that I have been SUPER excited about!! I have decided to join with one of my blogging friends, Sheryl at Lady Behind the Curtain, in her monthly Dessert Challenge. Sheryl posts two ingredients and challenges bloggers to create a dessert containing those two ingredients. Then, everyone participating in the challenge compiles their recipes together in one spot so that everyone can see them! You can see all the recipes below, and get a bunch of Dessert Challenge looove. (If you would like to join in on the Behind the Curtain Dessert Challenge, click here for more info!)
The two ingredients for this month’s challenge: Peaches and Cream!
Oh boy, was I excited about this challenge! I’m a peach LOVER. It’s just starting to become peach season, and I’m beyond excited to get stocked up on peaches for the next month or two. I don’t think I could ever get sick of fresh peaches.
Be sure to check back next month for September’s challenge: Apples and cinnamon…

This looks soooo-oo good! Thanks for sharing. I was wondering if you cut the puff pastry into round shapes before you cook it? Or do you cut it after it is cooked? Thanks for the info!
Hi Nancy! The puff pastry that I bought was actually pre-cut into round shapes (with ruffled edges!). They were from Pepperidge Farm. I know that the store I bought them at had these specific pastries going out of stock tough (not the whole brand, just the specific cut of pasteries), so I’m not sure if you can find them in other stores or not. Usually you buy them in squares/rectangles. So. I would cut them BEFORE I bake them (so they puff up in the round shape). However, any shape of pastry will work for this recipe, and you can alter this recipe however you would like! Thanks for reading my blog, and I hope you enjoy!
