Easy Fruit Dip

Image

This fruit dip is possibly one of the easiest, yummiest dips you will EVER make.  2 ingredients.  Yup – that’s right!  TWO!  And it’s so delicious.  I took it over to my neighbors house last week with some fresh strawberries and pineapple, and it was definitely a hit.  They asked what it was made of, and were all shocked that it was so simple.   It will be gone before you know it!

Easy Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
7 oz. marshmallow cream

Directions:
Mix together the cream cheese and marshmallow cream.  (That’s it!)  Serve with lots of yummy fresh fruit…and enjoy!

Do you use a regular block of cream cheese or the whipped? Sounds delish. Can’t wait to try. I think I’ll add some strawberry jello powder to make it pink :)

    • Hi Nicole! I use regular cream cheese, but I’m sure you could use whipped (you may need more of it though). You idea with strawberry jello powder is fantastic, and sounds very yummy!! Another idea could be to just use strawberry cream cheese instead of regular cream cheese :) I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

Does this need to be kept cold? I want to take it to a family picnic.

    • Hi Teresa!

You probably don’t need to stress out about it staying cold…it could stay out for a few hours no problem (I wouldn’t leave it out all day though…if it even lasts that long ). It tastes best chilled though, so just do your best!
